We all know that a Phosacid Plant is, in terms of weight, a gypsum plant (H3PO4 is, in mass, a "co" or a "by"-product...). 3 ton of H2SO4 for 1 ton of P2O5, average. "All" SO4, plus "all" Calcium goes to the gypsum.
Where is still possible to stockpile all this phosphogypsum?
Remember the sad and notorious serie of some glorius Phosacid Plants that where shutdown due to lack of permits for gypsum piles (in Belgium and Holand to name a few).
Send gypsum to the atlantic Ocean, or another sea, is being put outdated, for environmental and comunitary issues.
Good gypsum is a key.
Good enough for agriculture? Yes.
For cement? Ok!
Even for plaster board, construction, houses!
We all phosacid engineers and alike are claimed to study how to sell with profit and with zero environmental impact our gypsum.
